1. Ginger root and its main plant are separated before it is sent to the factory
2. Grading and Selection of Ginger through Size and Weight.
3. The unprocessed, soiled gingers are then sprayed with an anti-fungus compound to prevent the mold from growing on ginger.
4. The unprocessed, soiled gingers will be stored in a cool place (around 15° C)
5. The unprocessed, soiled gingers will be washed by machine or man-power thoroughly to make sure there is no excess soil and insects.
6. The washed ginger is left to dry in the sun for 2 hours.
Final Inspection on dried ginger to make sure there is no excess soil and insects on the surface of ginger.
The washed ginger will be packed into carton box or mesh bag then put on pallet for ready to ship
