Agreso’s Ginger Growing Process
After researching, Agreso uses volcanic soil of Vietnam highlands for growing gingers because these soil make ginger grow in best quality.
The ginger soil must be spongy, moist, and well-drained. The soil is
plowed 25 – 30cm deep, dried, tilled to mash and then onto the bed. Ginger is a light-loving plant, but it is also able to tolerate shade.
Set the ginger seed (root) in the soil, distance about 40-50cm per root
Cover roots by soil and rice straw, coffee husk
Water and maintain moisture daily
Using cow manure traditionally composted by Agreso. Agreso ginger is free of pesticides & chemical fertilizers.
